Cancel at least 60 days before the event and receive a 100% refund of your registration. Cancel at least 30 days before the event and receive an 80% refund. All cancellations incur a $50 administrative fee. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior will not be refunded, except we will make our best effort to refund the accomodation portion of your fee. (As we pay for guest rooms in advance, this is not always possible. The sooner we learn of your change in plans, the better.)
